Once the best olive oil has been extracted there is a natural decanting process for at least 24 hours where it is classiffied according to categories. It is then stored in cellars which are perfectly prepared ffor settlement and maturing and which have a current capacitý of 2,200 mt of oil and a potential capacity of 4.000 Tm. All the materials used on the product, from crushing to storing, are stainless steel which guarantees the high quality of the production and the non contamination off the product.

The entire production process is strictly supervised and controlled by our specialised staff, certificate quality there are also exhaustive chemical analysis test in laboratory, and the organoleptic tests are carried out by a tasting board. Both organisms are our own.
